*Returns & Refunds due to the customer


1. We cannot return or refund if the product is opened, as the electronical products is considered damaged right after unsealing.

2. In order to change the color, size, or the option, you should apply within 30 days of purchase and pay for the delivery fee.

3. If the goods are damaged by the customer, returns and refunds are not allowed.

1.New electronical products purchased from CameraFi Store that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Also, CameraFi Store is paying the shipping fee.

2. Before you return or refund your order, please read My device is not working on CameraFi.
